1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Vectorra (vectorra.com), an adventure travel itinerary planning platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Vectorra provides tools for creating, managing, and sharing travel itineraries. Features include itinerary building, client management, gear lists, route planning, PDF export, team collaboration, and AI-powered content generation.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or organization per account — no shared logins
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
• Organization owners are responsible for their team members' use of the service

4. Subscription Plans

• Free and paid plans are available with different feature limits
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (when available)
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@vectorra.com
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

5. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you create on Vectorra (itineraries, client data, gear lists, etc.)
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service
• We do not access, sell, or share your content with third parties except as needed to operate the service (see Privacy Policy)
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. AI Features

• AI-powered features use third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude)
• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs
• AI usage is subject to monthly limits based on your subscription plan
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API/AI features

8. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or force majeure

9. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy)
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• This does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
