Terms of Service

1. About Vectorra

Vectorra is an independent travel planning tool operated by Marek Stuchlý, a natural person located in the Czech Republic, during the Community Edition phase. Contact: hello@vectorra.com.

Vectorra is currently in active development and offered free of charge as a Community Edition. A premium tier with expanded features is planned for the future.

2. Account Registration

To use Vectorra, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

One person or organization may only register one Community account, except where multiple team members join the same organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vectorra for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload or store content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the service's operation (e.g., automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts)
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label Vectorra without permission
• Use Vectorra to send unsolicited communications (spam) to your clients

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Vectorra (itineraries, client data, documents, etc.). You grant Vectorra a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of content you upload
• Obtaining necessary consents from clients whose data you store
• Complying with applicable data protection laws regarding your clients

5. AI Features

Vectorra includes AI features powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. When you use AI features:

• Content you submit (documents, text) is sent to Anthropic for processing
• Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy
• Vectorra does not train AI models on your content
• You can connect your own Anthropic API key (BYOK) to bypass Vectorra's AI quota

6. Service Availability

Vectorra is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to maintain uptime but make no guarantees of:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Specific performance levels

The service is in active development. Features may change, be added, or removed. We will provide reasonable notice for breaking changes when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectorra and its operator are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party services (e.g., Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel)

Maximum total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. For Community users (free tier), this amount is zero.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abusive behavior
• Are inactive for an extended period (we will notify you first)

Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in Czech courts.
